There is a registration charge of $10 for this class, but all participants will receive a $10 Mama Money Card for Becoming Mothers for attending.
This class is designed for moms who are pregnant or have a newborn and want to prepare themselves for being healthy and active as mothers, lose the pregnancy weight, and keep their sanity. Before you go out and spend 100’s of dollars on baby gear, learn about the gear that will keep your baby happy and you active. Learn about baby carriers, strollers, nursing gear that is best for keeping you and baby healthy and fit.Get informed about local resources that will help you to get your body back, eat well, and keep your sanity while taking care of a newborn all day long. Get ideas on how to stay intellectually engaged in the short bursts of free/nursing time, meet other like-minded moms, stay connected to the outside world.
